Mardi Gras Celebration
This event has been a staple in our community for over 20 years! Each year in February, hundreds of guests enjoy a catered meal featuring creole dishes by Fulgenzi's Catering; drinks by Just the Basics, dessert by Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery, a silent and live auction, music, games and much more.

The 2024 event took place on February 24th at Prairie View Reception Center in Chatham. And this year, there was live entertainment by Chatham’s very own Dave Littrell, as well as a live auction!

Monies raised from the event help fund college scholarships, promote business and economic development, provide business communications, referrals, and networking opportunities in and around our community.

Mardi Gras Silent Auction
The Chamber's Online Silent Auction goes live at 9 a.m. February 17! You'll have a whole week ahead of the Mardi Gras celebration to peruse the items and even place bids! The Online Silent Auction will close promptly at 9:15 p.m. on February 24!
