The Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Friends of the Chatham Library Cafe & Bookstore, at 12 p.m. noon on April 15th. The event will take place at the Chatham Public Library, 600 E. Spruce St. in Chatham. Everyone is welcome!
