Silent Auction
Our Silent Auction will be open online a week before the event - February 18 at 9 a.m.
It will close February 25 at 9 p.m.

We will accept items for the silent auction up until February 15. All items donated will be featured on the auction website and with a description and listing of the donor along with linked contact information to your business.
If you would like to donate an item for the silent auction please contact the Chatham Area Chamber office at 217.483.6450 or by email at coordinator@chatham-il-chamber.com. Items may be dropped off at the Chamber office located at 320 N. Main, Chatham, IL 62629 or we can arrange to pick up the item at your location.

$550 Includes table of 10, logo in program and displayed at your table, individual slide on presentation during event with option to customize, one social media showcase, plus three months advertising on Chamber website, and acknowledgement in the Chatham Clarion |

$250 Includes logo in program, individual slide on presentation during event with option to customize, one social media showcase, plus one month advertising on Chamber website, and acknowledgement in the Chatham Clarion .

Individual & Table Tickets
Table of 10 • $450 or $55 per person
Ticket price includes dinner, beer, wine, and soda
If you are not guests of a Gold Sponsor, you will need to purchase tickets for the event. Dinner meals are $55 each and will consist of pork, jambalaya, Cajun rice, green beans, salad, roll & cupcake. The meal will be prepared by Fulgenzi's Catering, and the cupcakes are offered courtesy of Wildflower Bakery.
Please note that, per Prairie View Reception Center's policy, only credit/debit cards will be accepted for beverages other than those included in the ticket price.

Games of Chance
No Mardi Gras celebration would be complete without a few games of chance. This year we will have available our Heads or Tails game and Lottery Tree drawing.
