Chris earned a degree in accounting from Illinois College and began his career in Public Accounting in 1987 with McGladrey in Springfield. In 2005, Chris obtained his securities registration and insurance licenses.

Chris is active in the Chatham Chamber of Commerce, Ball-Chatham Educational Foundation, Financial Executives International, and St. Joseph’s Parish. His wife Joan is a teacher at Chatham Elementary, and Chris’ family resides in Chatham.
