Dr. Richard Voltz is Superintendent, Ball Chatham School District. Rich has returned to Ball Chatham as superintendent after teaching and coaching at Glenwood High School from 1973 to 1979. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Illinois at Urbana, Masters Degree from University of Illinois - Springfield, Specialists Degree from Eastern Illinois University and Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Rich has 35 years experience in education as a superintendent, principal and teacher. In addition to his duties at Ball Chatham Schools Rich also is an adjunct professor of educational administration at Eastern Illinois University.
